Your purchase will be sent via the Royal Mail Dispatch Express Service. We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we despatch your purchase.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied:

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please ensure items are in their original condition/packaging. For exchanges, we do need a delivery fee (£ 3.00 to UK Mainland) to send the exchange item back to you.

Please note that the delivery fee is deducted from all refunds (except where goods are faulty), including those items we send with free delivery. If you have an issue with the item received after 30 days, please contact us via phone or email before returning the item.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you an item that was damaged in transit please contact us to inform us of the problem.

Please note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 30 working days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time. Claims cannot be accepted for damage once goods have been used.
